SHIPPING INFORMATION

-Our current TAT (turn around time) is 3-5 business days. This means your order will ship in 5 working days, or less. Depending on the amount of orders it can change to go up or down.

-All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail or priority mail. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. If there are any problems with your items tracking, please contact USPS for those problems. Once your package has left our hands it is out of our control. You can always track your order on our website as well.

-We currently only ship to the USA and APOs.

-Once USPS accepts your order we have zero control over the package or when it's delivered. Typical delivery times are 3-7 days depending on where you live. All packages ship from West Virginia!

-If your package says delivered but you do not have it, please contact your local post office or Post Master and file a missing package claim.They will be the ones that can help you the most. We can not see anymore then you can with tracking information.

-You can NOT combine orders. If you place multiple orders you will pay shipping for each order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

-All sales are final. Please make sure your order is correct.

-For safety and hygiene reasons we will not accept bows are returns unless it is the mistake of Ali's Bowtique. You have 48 hours from the delivery date to notify us of any mistakes via email Alisbowtique14@gmail.com

-We reserve the right to cancel any order from a technical glitch or error.

WARNING

Please watch all children when wearing accessories from Ali's Bowtique. Never leave a child unattended while wearing accessories. All accessories are secure but at any time may come loose. Please understand that Ali's Bowtique bows may contain small parts such as alligator clips, barrettes, nylons, clay centers, & embellishments. The bows should never be used or worn while a child is unattended or without the supervision of an adult. Please make sure to remove the bow when the child is sleeping or when they are in their car seat. Do not leave pets with bows as well for they may be choking hazards for them as well. All buyers use Ali's Bowtique products at their own risk and assume any/all liability for injury or death caused by the use/misuse of our products. By purchasing from Ali's Bowtique you are agreeing to all of our policies listed above.

-Sezzle is a "buy now, pay later" system. Think of it like a credit card, except there are no service fees or interest!

How do I sign up?

Only 3 easy steps!

1. When you're on our site, checking out, you'll choose sezzle as the payment option.

2. From there it will take you to their website portal to sign up.

3. Once you've signed up and entered your information you'll go back to our website and finish checking out.

When do I pay?

-You pay 25% at checkout and then the rest every 2 weeks until it is paid off. (Standard repayment plan is a total of 6 weeks but can be extended!)

Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can spend?

-Yes, there is a $10 minimum purchase requirement to use Sezzle on our website.

-Maximums are based on your spending. Sezzle approves you for a certain amount and once you have great spending history with them the amounts can go up.

-Each order is approved individually based on having 25% of the order amount in your account. As long as you have that you're likely approved!

When do I get my order?

Right away! As soon as your order is approved we will send out your order as normal!
